CANCELLATION POLICY

Lashes & Brows

Canceling any lash or brow service between 48 to 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in half of the service fee being charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in the full cost of service being charged.

 

Cosmetic Tattoo

For any micropigmentation appointment, we require 72 hours to cancel your appointment to avoid being charged for the entire service booked. Deposit will also be forfeited.

Great Client Reward

Adversely, if you do not cancel a lash or brow appointment less than 48 hours for a full year, you will receive a $25.00 gift card, good for any service at Stacy Ink on your Birthday (credit cards MUST be on file to qualify).

No Exceptions

Please understand that these cancellation policies have NO exceptions as we are a small business and our time is important, just as yours- the clients which we love. These hours we reserve for you take up a large portion of our day and canceling with such short notice has a great impact on our business.

PAYMENT POLICY

A deposit is due to book your services and secure a space on our books. Following the above cancellation policy, your deposit may be forfeited or moved to another date, depending on the situation.

Payment of the balance is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit, and debit. We do not accept personal checks.

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds for our services. If you should experience an issue with your service, please contact us immediately. We will discuss your concerns and find a solution that works for both parties.
